Brief
Heaton House Farm, based towards Buxton, is a working farm and a bespoke wedding venue.
Set in 165 acres of scenic undulating countryside with breath-taking views across three shires, the venue is cunningly disguised behind the farming facade to enable you to surprise and impress your guests.
ADC Creative Communications (previously Attic Design Consultancy) where commissioned by the owners after seeing the work we had produced for Pickled Walnut (see case study).
The client wanted a new identity, literature and website to help raise their profile and visually represent the venue in a far more professional manner than their previous literature.

Creative
The first stage of this project was to create a new logo that would be the basis on which to move forward with the designs. The chosen logo shows the major visual attraction of the venue, the ancient oak tree and rolling landscape.
The new stationery helps to set the picture of a venue set in rural settings, the colour tones, paper stock and use of line illustrations helps back up the feeling of warmth and rustic appeal.
The 4 page throughout in the new landscape brochure, 1188mm long, makes a huge impression, almost making you want to go and view the venue.
The identity behind the brand spreads across from the brochure and stationery into the new website and blog.
Overall the client is now able to operate with a very creative new look and feel to their business and will hopefully be able to meet their targets for 2010/11.
